What is the volume of the cylinder if the height is 12 and the area of the base is 14

We know that the volume of the cylinder is given
by:

V = r^2* pi * h   such
that:

V is the volume, r is the radius, and h is the height
of the cylinder.

Given the height h=
12

==> V = r^2 * pi *
12

Now we need to determine the radius
r.

But we know that the area of the base is given
by>

A = r^2 * pi =
14

Then we will substitute with 14
.

==> V = 14*12 =
168

Then, the volume of the cylinder is 168
cubic units.

Calculate tan(x-y), if sin x=1/2 and sin y=1/3. 0

We'll write the formula of the tangent of difference of 2 angles. tan (x-y) = (tan x - tan y)/(1 + tan x*tan y) ...
