What is the value of the function g(x) = x^2

To find the value of the function g(x) = x^2 - 5 for x=0.5
and x=h+1.

(1)To find the value of g(x) = x^2-5, for x =
0.5, we substitute  0.5 in place of x in x^5-5 and then calculate the
value.

Therefore g(0.5) = 0.5^2-5 =
0.5*0.5-5

g(0.5) =
0.25-5

g(0.25) = -4.75.

(ii)
To find g(x) for x= h+1 we put h+1 iplace of x ing(x)
x^2-5:

g(h+1) =
(h+1)^2-5.

g(h+1) =
h^2+2h+1-5

g(h+1) =
h^2+2h-4.

Therefore  g(h+1) =
h^2+2h-4.

Calculate tan(x-y), if sin x=1/2 and sin y=1/3. 0

We'll write the formula of the tangent of difference of 2 angles. tan (x-y) = (tan x - tan y)/(1 + tan x*tan y) ...
